Troubleshooting Device Syncing
First, please make sure that you have gone over the basic instructions for how to get started:

If you have followed those steps, have confirmed that you are using supported devices, and you are still experiencing issues, you will want to log out of the app on both devices and the sign back in. This should reset the connection and you will be able to continue with our teaching.
